摘要
"中发33号"文件为新时期广东农垦深化改革树立了总纲,同时,也从方向引导、动能供给与布局调整等维度为广东农垦品牌战略的重新塑造和再度出发提供了思想支持和制度保障。广东农垦品牌战略应立足于垦区经济社会发展实际、努力顺应时代潮流,积极利用媒介平台,在服务于多元化、全链条、高品质整体发展模式同时,能够为农垦经济实现对现代农业的首要引领和全面接榫提供可复制推广的品牌建设解决方案。
A document about promoting the reform and development of state farm was issued by State Council on Nov.27th 2015. It established general program for deepening reform State farm in Guangdong in the new period. And it provided the ideological support and system guarantee for the Guangken brand strategy to Re-shape and Re- start. On the one hand, the brand strategy should be based on farm area economic, social development practice. And it should conform to the trend of the times, use the media platform more actively, serve the diversified, full- chain, high-quality overall development model. On the other hand, the brand strategy should provide brand- building solutions for state farm enterprises to leading the modem agriculture.
