我国天然橡胶产业发展机遇与挑战

Consideration on Development Opportunity of Natural Rubber Industry in China

该文强调了天然橡胶的重要地位,提出我国天然橡胶产业当前必须予以重视的问题:在当前市场低迷的影响下,对产业出现的问题诸如抗灾能力弱、投入不足、科技含量降低、经营分散、成本高、机械化程度低、"走出去"扶持措施不到位等等。基于以上问题,分析了我国天然橡胶产业的发展机遇,并提出发展天然橡胶产业的具体措施:国家要加大对国产胶的保护力度,种植者要树立信心,坚定守住橡胶业,发展橡胶业。

This paper emphasizes the importance of natural rubber and presents some problems must to be paid attention on natural rubber industry in China. Under the impact of the current market downturn, the problems include weak resilience, insufficient investment, reduction in scientific and technological content, decentralized operation, high cost, low degree of mechanization, ＂ going out＂ support measures were not in place and so on. Based on those problems, this paper analyzes the opportunities for development of natural rubber industry in China, and puts forward some measures for the development of natural rubber industry, which including the country should intensify the protection of domestic rubber, the growers should establishe confidence to protect and develop the rubber industry.
