摘要
本文采用定性研究的方法,从艺体生受众的视角及修辞资源的三个维度,构筑了艺体类大学英语教师应当具备的素质。艺体生对大学英语教师的期望包括有服人之"势"、有动人之"情"、有压人之"理"。相比普通文理科大学生,艺体生英语学习兴趣缺乏、个性突出,更易受教师的人格权威和个性魅力影响,并需要合理的评价体系来激发学习动力。
Student- audience plays a more powerful part in the teaching rhetoric practice. So the current researcher carried out a qualitative research by interviewing 48 students of Arts and PE Departments about their views on the characteristics of proficient university EFL teachers. The result suggests that students form arts and PE department value personal charms as much as professional qualities in an EFL teacher.
