摘要 针对某1 000 MW超超临界燃煤发电机组在基建调试期分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)通信网络存在的问题,开展DCS网络通信性能测试,分析了光纤链路损耗大及以太网链路广播风暴发生的原因。对此,提出了利用机组调试及大小修期间加强光纤端面清洁检验,在网络设备端口进行速率限制以抑制网络风暴的措施。实施处理措施后,该机组DCS网络通信性能良好,满足安全稳定运行要求。 In allusion to problems of distributed control system (DCS) based communication network of one 1 000 MW ultrasupercritical coal-fired generating unit during capital construction commissioning, this paper analyzes reasons for big loss of fiber optic link and broadcast storm of Ethernet link on the basis of performance test for DCS network communication. It presents measures such as strengthening cleaning examination on fiber end face during the period of unit commissioning, overhaul or minor repair, adopting speed rate limitation at the port of network equipment so as to restrict network storm. After taking these measures, performance of DCS network communication is proved to be good and feasible to satisfy requirement for safe and stable operation.
