枫杨树各部位对油茶炭疽病的抑制作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了枫杨提取物对油茶病菌的杀菌、抑菌效果。实验采用甲醇浸提法对枫杨树各个不同的部位有效成分进行提取,采用生长速率法测定不同部位不同浓度的枫杨提取物对油茶炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)和链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)的抑制作用。结果表明:枫杨不同部位提取物对油茶两种病菌具有抑制作用,枫杨树果与皮对两种菌的抑菌效果最好,显著高于其他浓度梯度的抑菌效果,浓度为5mg/mL是枫杨树皮的最适抑菌浓度,而树果提取物的抑菌效果在各个浓度之间不存在显著差异。 In order to test antifungal effects of different parts from Chinese wingnut tree,two pathongens(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Alternaria alternate)isolated from Camellia were used respectively.The results showed that the mathenol extracts of different parts from wingnut tree were inhibited at different concentrations(1mg/mL,3mg/mL,5mg/mL and 7mg/mL).The nuts and foliage extracts had antifungal activity,significantly higher than other antibacterial effects of concentration gradient,when 5mg/mL was optimal inhibitory concentration bark,and fruit trees inhibitory effect there was no significant difference between the various concentrations.
