污泥活性炭去除废水中刚果红的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以城市污水处理厂污泥为原料,采用KOH浸渍、微波加热制备污泥活性炭。通过单因素试验探讨了废水pH值、吸附温度、固液比、吸附时间等对污泥活性炭去除废水中刚果红的影响,并采用正交试验得出污泥活性炭对废水中刚果红去除的最佳条件。研究结果表明:在pH=6.5、吸附温度30℃、固液比12g/L、吸附时间60min的条件下,污泥活性炭对废水中刚果红去除效果最佳,去除率可达71.9%。 The sludge from a municipal sewage treatment plant was used as raw material to produce activated carbon by potassium hydroxide impregnation method of microwave,and its removal process of Congo red was studied in waste water.The parameters were investigated,including the pH of waste water,the temperature,the solid-liquid ratio,and the adsorption time for the Congo red removal by sludge activated carbon.The optimum conditions determined by orthogonal experimental design were the pH of waste water of 6.5,the removal temperature of 30 ℃,the solid-liquid ratio of 12g/L,and adsorption time of 60 min.Under these conditions,Congo red removal rate could reach 71.9%in the waste water.
