中职“潜能班级”激发潜能的对策研究

摘要 当前中职学校"潜能班级"的教育管理遇到的难题,制约着中职教育整体质量的提升。立足现状、正视问题、寻找对策、挖掘潜能,是突破难题、提升教育质量的必然出路。笔者以中职汽修班为例,通过勤为人先、勤学成人、情感化人、文化育人四大对策,汽修困难班的教育管理效果得到了较为满意的提升。 At present, education and management are very difficult in secondary vocational school, which restricts the development of vocational education. It is an essential way to solve problems and improve education quality that we keep a foothold, face problems, find countermeasures, and excavate potential. Taking the mobile breakdown service as example, through countermeasures of being diligent, emotion strategy, and culture cultivation, the education management effect of vehicle repairing is improved greatly.
