践行中职生实习精细化评价管理

The Initiate of the Secondary Vocational School Student Delicacy Practice Evaluation Management

企业实习环节是中职生学业成长过程中不可或缺的一环。当前,各类中职学校对中职生的实习教学环节非常重视,十分注重对学生综合职业能力和全面素质的培养。但实习所涉及的专业种类繁多,且各专业之间的实习要求存在较大的差异性,学生实习小结、单位鉴定等传统的评价方法已经不能适应现代中职教育的发展。因此通过调查和研究,分析实习的动态管理与过程监控,建立健全精细化实习评价管理制度,推行校企合作的共管体系,才能构建长效的实习评价运行机制。

The enterprise practice is regarded as an indispensable part of the secondary vocational school students＇ academic growth. At present, many secondary vocational schools attach great importance to students＇ practical teaching, the development of comprehensive professional ability and the cultivation of full quality. But the practice involves various majors, and the practical requirements among varied majors vary from each other. Therefore, the traditional students practice summary, company evaluation and other traditional methods are not able to adapt to the development of modern vocational education. For this reason, the long-term effective practical evaluation mechanism could be established through the investigation and study, analysis of the dynamic management and process control practice, the establishment of fine internship evaluation management system and the implementation of the cooperation co management system of the school and enterprise.
