研究生能力培养模式的实践与研究

Practice and Research on the Training Mode of Postgraduate Capacity Training-building

能力培养是研究生培养的重要环节,也是衡量培养质量的主要指标之一。随着招生规模的扩大,在校研究生人数的剧增,研究生获得信息和知识的途径越来越多,研究生的个性越来越鲜明,特点越来越突出,传统研究生培养模式在能力培养方面的弊病和不足日益明显。文章围绕如何切实提高研究生能力,结合轨道交通安全教育部实验室近年来研究生能力培养的相关经验,分别从加强基础理论教育、阅读和写作能力培养、创新能力培养、沟通能力培养、独立科研能力培养等几个方面进行详细阐述,并给出具体的改进措施和建议。

Capacity-building is one of the important steps in the training of postgraduates, and it is also one of the main indicators to measure the quality of training. The personal characteristics of postgraduates are more and more distinctive and prominent with the enlarged enrollment causing big increase of graduate students and more ways to obtain information and knowledge. Therefore, the shortages and disadvantages of traditional training mode became obviously progressively. Combined with the related experience on the training mode of Key Laboratory of Traffic Safety on Track of Ministry of Education, this paper focuses on how to improve the postgraduates＇ ability, which are described from strengthening the foundation theory of education, training of reading and writing ability, innovation, communication, as well as independent scientific research respectively. Furthermore, specific measures and suggestions are provided.
