2015年国际足联深陷贪腐丑闻,暴露出国际足联在治理结构和运行机制方面存在的根本性问题。基于此,国际足联适时启动新一轮治理改革,积极引入善治理论并加以实践,具体在监督原则、参与原则、透明原则、责任原则、可持续原则方面进行改革实施,体现了善治改革的大趋势,以释放公共舆论和各国司法机构施加的压力。如何为"善治"下一个恰当的定义,关系到治理改革的张力,决定了社会组织的善治程度,为国际足联善治改革实践增添了极大的变数。

The corruption scandals of FIFA in 2015 have exposed the problems of the governance structure and the operational system of FIFA.FIFA has conducted reforms under the principles of monitoring,participation,transparency,responsibility and sustainable development,so as to release the pressure of the public media and the international judicial institutions.The definition of sound governance determines the reform strength,degree of governance of social organizations and brings about changes to the sound governance reform of FIFA.
