This paper expounds the necessity of improving the ability to prevent and control risks in marine equipment＇s purchasing contracts under current ship market condition, the measures to be taken by China＇s shipbuilding companies to improve this ability according to the characteristics of marine equipment purchasing contracts and common problems existing in China＇s shipbuilding companies.
