摘要
目的观察复方黄栌口服液对异硫氰酸-萘酯致小鼠黄疸型肝炎模型的影响。方法将72只KM小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、护肝宁片组(1.012 5 g/kg)及大、中、小剂量复方黄栌口服液组(30、15、30 mL/kg),每组12只,空白组和模型组灌胃相同体积生理盐水,其余组连续灌胃相应药物10 d。各组于实验第8天,灌胃ANIT造模,48 h后取血,分离血清,取血清并检测血清ALT、AST、TNF-α等生化指标,观察肝脏病理组织学改变。结果小鼠黄疸型肝炎模型造模成功;与模型组相比,大、中、小剂量复方黄栌口服液组血清中ALT、AST、TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论复方黄栌口服液对ANIT诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤具有很好的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of compound sumac oral liquid on cotinusisothiocyanate-naphthyl acetate induced mouse model of icteric hepatitis.Methods Totally 72 KM mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,Huganning tablets group(1.012 5 g/kg) and large,medium and small dose of compound sumac oral liquid group(30,15,30 mL/kg),12 rats in each group.Control group and model group were given intragastric administration of the same volume of saline;continuous intragastric administration of corresponding drugs was performed in the other groups for 10 d.After 8 days of experiment,the model of ANIT was made by filling the stomach,blood was taken after 48 h,the serum was separated and taken,and the serum ALT,AST,TNF-α and other biochemical indexes were detected.The pathological changes of liver were observed.Results The building of icterohepatitis model of mouse was successful.Compared with the model group,large,medium and small dose of compound sumac oral liquid could obviously reduce the levels of serum ALT,AST,TNF-α(P〈0.01).Conclusion Compound sumac oral liquid can obviously protect mouse liver damaged by ANIT.
