复方樟柳碱对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视神经与多焦视网膜电图的影响

Effect of compound anisodine on optic nerve and multifocal electroretinogram in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨复方樟柳碱对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视神经与多焦视网膜电图的影响。方法选择2013年8月至加15年12月在我院诊治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者104例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组52例,对照组采用常规药物综合治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上采用复方樟柳碱辅助治疗,两组均治疗28 d。结果试验组与对照组的总有效率分别为98.1%和86.5%,试验组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组治疗后的患眼EDV与PSV值均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组治疗后患眼的EDV与PSV值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的P100振幅和潜时分别为(6.98±1.72)μV和(105.33±12.45)ms,而对照组分别为(5.67±1.65)μV和(112.14±13.58)ms,组内与组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱能有效改善糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视神经状况,促使多焦视网膜电图恢复正常,从而提高综合疗效,是临床上较为合理、有效的治疗药物。

Objective To evaluate the effects of compound anisodine on optic nerve and multifocal electroretinogram in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods Totally 104 patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2015 were selected according to the random number table method,and were equally divided into experiment group and control group,52 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional medical treatment,while experiment group was added with the compound anisodine adjuvant therapy based on control group,patients in the two groups were treated for 28 days.Results The total effective rates of experiment group and control group were 98.1%and 86.5%,respectively,the total effective rate of experiment group being significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The EDV and PSV values of affected eyes in experiment group and control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The P100 amplitude and latency in experimental group after treatment were（6.98 ± 1.72） μV and（105.33 ± 12.45） ms,while they were（5.67 ± 1.65） μV and（112.14 ± 13.58） ms in control group,the differences of intergroups and intragroups were all significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound anisodine can effectively improves the optic nerve,promote multifocal electroretinogram returning to normal,which improves the comprehensive efficacy in patients with diabetic retinopathy,it is a reasonable and effective drug in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
