临床药师参与一例免疫健全者马尔尼菲青霉菌病抗真菌药物治疗的病例分析

Analysis of clinical pharmacist participating in the antifungal agents treatment for patients with penicllium marneffei

目的探索临床药师在马尔尼菲青霉菌病抗真菌治疗中的作用。方法 1名床药师参与1例马尔尼菲青霉菌病患者抗真菌治疗,与临床医师协商,提出药学建议,制定治疗方案并进行药学监护。结果患者病情好转出院。结论临床药师应发挥主观能动性,在临床个体化治疗及合理用药中体现其作用。

Objective To explore the roles of clinical pharmacists in the antifungal agents treatment for patients with penicllium mameffei.Methods The clinical pharmacists participated in the antifungal agents treatment for patients with penicllium mameffei,gave some suggestions,made the treatment protocol and provided pharmaceutical care.Results The patient was discharged after recovery.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should use the intiative to reflect the role in clinical individualized treafment and rational drug use.
