河都高速公路填石路堤修筑技术研究

摘要 为合理地利用资源并保护喀斯特地区的生态环境,通常选择填石路堤作为该地区高速公路的路堤修筑方法。文章以广西河都高速公路为工程依托,对喀斯特地区填石路堤填石料技术要求、填石路堤施工工艺及质量控制方法、填石路堤稳定性评价方法等方面进行了研究,主要研究成果有四点:(1)提出填石料的级配范围和合适的碾压机械及方法,分析了影响填石路堤稳定性的重要因素;(2)通过现场试验和相关规定,提出喀斯特地区填石路基K30地基系数控制标准;(3)提出压实控制标准和稳定性时边坡码砌的厚度和施工要求;(4)得出河都高速公路部分路段填石路堤施工后沉降规律。 In order to make reasonable use of resources and protect the ecological environment in karst area, it is common to select the reck-filling subgrade as the expressway subgrade construction method in such region.Relying on Guangxi Hedu Expressway project,this article studied the technical requirements for the filling materials of rock-filling subgrade in karst region, construction technology and quality control method of rock-filling subgrade, and the stability evaluation method of rock-filling subgrade, and the main research results are: (1)Proposed the grading scope of rock-filling materials as well as the suitable rolling machinery and methods, and analyzed the important factors affecting the stability of reck-filling subgrade: (2) Proposed K30 foundation coefficient control standards for rock-fill- ing subgrade in karst area based on the field test and relevant regulations; (3)Proposed the slope paving thickness and construction requirements under compaction control standard and stability: (4) Obtained the settlement rules of soma rock-filling subgrade sections in Hedu Expressway.
