数控机床加工钢筋笼技术

摘要 随着高速公路普遍采用标准化施工,桥梁工程施工中的传统人工加工钢筋笼存在的问题愈发显得突出,传统人工加工已不能满足标准化施工的要求,引进数控机床加工钢筋笼势在必行。文章结合广西河池至都安高速公路NO.3合同段桥梁工程实例,阐述了数控机床加工钢筋笼的施工工艺,并指出该技术可确保钢筋笼加工成型后的质量,实现工厂化生产,提高功效,加快施工进度,节约成本,为今后类似钢筋笼制作提供了参考。 With the popularization of standardized construction on expressway, the problem is more and more prominent in traditional man-made reinforcement cage during bridge engineering construc- tion,the traditional manual processing can not meet the requirement of standardized construction, thus the introduction of CNC machine for the processing of reinforcement cages is an indispensable process.Combined with bridge engineering example of NO.3 contract section of Hechi-Du'an Express- way in Guangxi ,this article described the construction technology of reinforcement cage processing by CNC machine,and showed that this technology can ensure the quality of reinforcement cages after processing forming, realize the factory production, improve the efficiency, speed up the construction progress, and save the cost, thereby providing the reference for the future production of similar rein- forcement cages.
