苎麻混纺纱针织物刺痒感主观评价方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 论文成立了主观评价小组,采用前臂刺扎实验法对5种苎麻混纺纱针织物试样组进行了织物刺痒感官能测试。实验分别采用了分类法、比较法和评分法三种评价方法对官能评价结果进行了分析研究,得出了评分法是追求刺痒感评定数值化结果的方法;刺痒概率对分类法实验结果进行了量化处理,弥补了其只能定性判断织物试样是否具有刺痒感的缺陷;比较法是可控性最好的方法 ,一方面其评价结果可以对其它评价方法的准确性进行评估,另一方面由于其非量化评价结果与评分法的高度一致,可以利用评分法的量化结果。 This paper established the subjective evaluation team, using the forearm of 5 kinds of ramie blended yarn knitted fabric samples were fabric prickle test sensory prick experiment method. Experiments were used for classification, functional evaluation results of three evaluation methods of comparison and evaluation method are analyzed, the score is the only pursuit prickle evaluation method of numerical results; the probability of prickle is used to quantify the results of classification, make up the only qualitative judgment whether the fabric sample with defect prickle; comparison method is the best one in terms of controllability, the evaluation results can be assessed on the accuracy of other evaluation methods, on the other hand because of its highly consistent non quantitative evaluation result and evaluation method, quantitative results can be used in scoring.
