农民参与茶叶合作社影响因素的实证研究——基于安徽黄山地区的调查

An Empirical Study on The Factors Influencing Farmers' Participation in The Tea Cooperatives——Based on Survey in Anhui Mount Huangshan Area

基于安徽省黄山市黄山区的农户数据,运用Logistic二元回归模型分析影响农户加入茶叶合作社的因素。研究发现,农户的年龄对其参与合作社的意愿产生显著影响,农户的受教育程度、农业劳动人口数、家庭种植茶叶年收入以及种植面积也产生较为显著的影响,然而农户对于合作社的了解程度因为某些地区因素没有产生显著性影响;较少农户真正参与到合作社的运营过程之中,原因在于多数合作社都属于松散型组织。因此,一方面需要提高农民素质,进一步深入宣传;另一方面应改造原有松散型合作组织,使农户利益与合作社紧密联系,进而提高农户参与的积极性。

Based on the household data surveyed in Huangshan of Anhui province,with Binary Logistic regression model to analyze the factors influencing farmers＇ participation in the tea cooperatives,study shows that the farmers＇ age makes great influence on farmers＇ willing to prticipate.Meanwhile,the level of farmers＇ education,the agricultural labor population,the family＇s annual income in planting tea and the planting area also have important impact on it.To what degree farmers understand the cooperative,however,due to some area factor,have no effects on the thought.Admittedly,few if there are some farmers,really participate in the cooperative operation,because the majority of cooperatives are organization loosely affiliated.So,it is necessary to improve farmers＇ quality on the one hand;on the other hand,the traditional loosely cooperative should be transformed to make sure that the relationship between the profits of farmers and cooperative become closer,so that the degree of farmers＇ participation can improved.
