摘要 新型防冲防盗自升降螺旋式道路窨井是在现有道路窨井的基础上进行改造,在井盖与井座之间增加井座套筒,利用螺旋面自锁原理及卡齿之间的相互咬合方法使该窨井能够自动升降,并具备一定的防冲、防盗功能。采用有限元软件ANSYS建立窨井仿真模型,对其进行了应力与位移分析,所得结果满足规范要求。本新型道路窨井设计力求安全与实用,其经济性也高于现有窨井,可广泛应用于交通和市政建设。 Based on the common inspection well,a new-type of self-elevating spiral well is designed with the feature of anti-theft and anti-collision.Importantly,it is creative to add a sleeve using the self-locking of helicoid and holding-on of latches to ensure the well lifts automatically to well seat and well cover to obtain shock resistance and burglary resistance.Besides,stress and displacement analysis is conducted on the basis of the FEM model built by ANSYS and the results meet the specification requirements.In order to be widely used in traffic and municipal construction,the new-type well is devised to achieve the purpose of safety,applicability and efficiency.
