摘要
大众模具制造厂是德国大众集团内专为旗下各车型进行配套的模具专业厂,其模具装配车间进行了模具制造作业的改革优化,把模具制造过程拆分为11个工位,每个工位都有具体的工作内容,相应的物流配给也分配到工位上,专人专项跟一副模具。通过把复杂的模具制造过程优化为更加专业的模块化、专业化的流水作业,缩短了模具的制造周期,提高了模具制造的生产效率,其改革思路、工位内容优化布置及典型装配方法值得国内模具厂借鉴。
Volkswagen die manufacturing plant is a professional die factory belong to the German Volkswagen Group and it is for the various models of supporting those under the Group, the reform and optimization of the die assembly workshop was carried out, it split the die production process into 11 stations, each station has a specific work content, the corresponding logistics distribution is also assigned to the station, special person with a set of die. Through the process optimization to make the complex die manufacturing more professional modular and flow shop, shorten the manufacturing cycle of the die, improve the production efficiency of die manufacturing,the reform ideas, the layout of the station and the typical assembly methods are worthy of reference for the domestic die faetory.
