Tibetan traditional culture embodies abundant thoughts of positive psychology. The paper probes into the function of Tibetan traditional culture education on individual quality education, cultural inheritance and innovation of educational ecology from the perspective of positive psychology so as to unveil the ethic characteristics of Tibetan traditional culture and explore the efficient ways to improve minority nationalities education.
