矸石充填开采技术在煤矿应用与技术研究

本文通过对现阶段的矸石充填开采技术进行研究,对常用的井下煤矸分离方法的关键装备、系统及技术原理进行分析,提出井下煤矸分离和综合机械化固体充填采煤技术的基本原理。通过采用井下煤矸分离和矸石充填开采技术,实现了矿井矸石不升井、"三下"压煤绿色开采及有效控制地表沉陷的目的。

Based on the research of relatively mature gangue backfill mining technology, analyzed the key equipment, system and technology principle that used the coal gangue separation method, put forward the basic principle of comprehensive mechanical solid filling mining technology of underground coal gangue separation, the use of coal gangue underground separation and backfilling mining technology, realizes the purposes of the gangue no-lifting the ground, three under green mining and the effective control surface subsidence.
