摘要
以长江中游城市群25城市17个经济指标为样本,通过数据探索性分析,结合面板数据随机效应模型进行计量分析,发现该区域中工业废水排放量2005-2012年,差异先减少后扩大,呈U型特征,就业结构对工业污水排放总量有影响,产业结构调整对工业污水排放总量无影响。投资类因素对工业污水排放有显著抑制作用,而消费没有表现出抑制特征。对此,提出控制长江中游城市群污水排放量的对策建议。
To analyze the total industrial wastewater discharge regulation of city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, this pa-per takes 17 economic indicators in 25 cities of this region as an example. Methods of data exploration analysis and random effect model ofpanel data econometric analysis are used. After an empirical analysis, the U type feature of discharge regulation is found in which the total in-dustrial wastewater difference of cities decrease first and then expand, The employment structure has effect on industrial wastewater emissionbut adjustment of industries does not. Investment factors has a significant inhibitory effect on the discharge of industrial wastewater while con-sumption factors does not. Based on the conclusion, relevant suggestions are proposed.
