摘要
结合泗河流域水系格局现状,围绕泗河流域水利工程规划建设中水量调度问题,建立以河流水系最大化拦蓄水量为目标的水量优化调度模型,在满足城市供水、农业灌溉和生态补水的前提下,对水量进行有效调度,并根据调水调算成果分析其对水系连通性的影响状况,案例成果分析表明:1水量优化调度可以改善水系的功能连通性。2能够弥补由于水利工程建设造成的水系结构连通性变差的状况,为流域水利工程建设规划和流域生态恢复提供依据。
Combined with the situation of the Sihe River Basin water system landscape, focused on the Sihe River Basin water schedulingprob[em in the construction of water conservancy project planning, water optimization scheduling model is established targeted at maximizingdammed-up water, this paper effects scheduling of water under urban water supply, agricultural irrigation and the premise of ecological waterinlet, and analyzes the effect of scheduling the eonnectedness of drainage conditions based on the results of joint adjustment. The results showthat the optimization scheduling can improve the function of the drainage water connectivity and that it can make up for the poor pattern ofdrainage structure connectivity due to water conservancy project construction, and provide a basis for the basin water conservancy engineeringconstruction planning and river ecological restoration.
