基于SVM的大坝可靠度分析响应面方法

摘要 为解决复杂大坝难以求出显示功能函数问题,提出利用响应面法进行结构可靠度计算。响应面分析方法的重点在响应面函数的选择和重构,利用支持向量机对小样本、非线性的数据具有较强的学习能力,提出利用支持向量机重构大坝结构响应面函数,然后利用验证点法即可求得结构可靠度。通过实例计算分析,结果表明上述分析方法求得的可靠度具有较高的精度,同时大大减少了计算工作量。 The display functions of the complex dams are always difficult to obtain. So a response surface method used to calculate the struc-tural reliability is put forward. The key point of response surface method is the reconstruction of the response surface. According to the excel-lent learning ability of support vector machine even with small and nonlinear samples, the response surface of structure is reconstructed bySVM, and then the structure reliability can be calculated by using validation point method. Finally, an engineering example is applied. Andthe results show that accuracy is improved and the computing work is reduced by using the above method.
