基于ArcMap溃堰洪水风险可视化建模及其应用

摘要 利用坝区Arc Map空间数据及属性数据联合分析,构建溃堰洪水风险可视化模型,给出溃堰洪水淹没及其风险损失。对溃堰洪水沿程最高水位矢量化表征,建立溃堰洪水水面栅格数据模型,耦合库区地形栅格数据模型,通过空间数据分析和可视化表征分析围堰溃决过程及其下游淹没水深场、洪水淹没程度。拉哇水电站溃堰洪水风险图实例说明模型具有可行性和有效性,为选择合理导流方案及工程安全管理提供高效的技术支撑。 As a temporary building, the earth-rock cofferdam, unlike the earth-rock dams, has the characteristics of single structure form andpoor anti-rlsk ability. Based on the realistic need of evaluating risk loss of cofferdam-break and risk management, visualization model of cof-ferdam-break is being established, by using ArcMap platform to establish flood risk map for its advantage of conjoint analytic spatial data andattribute data, to intuitively indicate the inundated area due to cofferdam-break flood and evaluate the loss of cofferdam-break scientifically.The model assigns elevation to water surface curve, then matching the lever to the digital terrain of downstream reservoirs and getting the max-imum depth of submergence field. At last, through symbolizing the numerical object, the model reflects the inundated area intuitively. Themethods proposed are applied to analyze Lawa Power Station, providing efficient technical support for the safe management and selection ofreasonable diversion scheme, which is of high value in practice.
