摘要
提灌站是解决丘陵地区灌溉问题的重要基础设施。但是由于地形复杂,建设固定式提灌站不能完全满足灌溉的需求。为了解决这一问题,作者提出了以潜水泵为核心部件的移动式提灌站的设计方案。通过合理设置引水结构和阀门,实现了潜水泵的串联与并联运行,扩大了其使用范围,通过实验测试表明,各项指标达到了设计要求。该套机组结构合理,使用维护方便,非常适合在丘陵山区推广应用。
Pumping stations are important infrastructures to solve the problem of irrigation in hilly areas. But due to complex topography, afixed pumping station can not fully meet the demand of irrigation. In order to solve this problem, the authors put forward the design scheme ofmobile pumping stations with submersible pumps as the core components. The series and parallel operation of the submersible pump are real-ized through the reasonable arrangement of the water diversion structure and valve, which has expanded its scope of application. The experi-mental results show that the indexes meet the design requirements. The unit has reasonable structures, convenient use and maintenance, andis suitable for popularization and application in hilly and mountainous areas.
