摘要
对辽宁省2015年水稻区域参试66个品种的12个主要品质性状进行了统计分析,结果表明:有近90%的品种,其整精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量等主要品质性状达到优质米三级以上水平;水稻品种间在垩白粒率和垩白度上存在明显差异,降低垩白粒率和垩白度,能够有效地提高品质育种水平。
66 varieties of rice planted in Liaoning province in 2015 were tested in 12 major quality traits. Based on the statistical analysis, the results showed that there were nearly 90 % varieties, the whole kernel yield, percentage of chalky kernel, chalkiness,amylose content and other indexes reached high quality rice(level three) ;riee varieties in the percentage of chalky kernel and chalkiness had significant difference,lower percentage of chalky kernel and chalkiness could effectively improve the quality level in breeding.
