数字图像质量分析软件计量技术探讨

摘要 本论文基于软件的特性,对软件计量的概念、特点和测量方法进行介绍,分析软件计量中不确定度的来源,并以数字图像质量分析算法为案例,提出软件准确性的校准技术体系。 Based on the properties of software, in this work we introduce the concept, characteristic and measurement method of software metrology and analyze the source of uncertainty in software metrolo- gy. Digital image quality analysis software is taken as an example to illustrate the calibration framework of software accuracy we proposed.
