摘要 选择合适的光谱波段是采用光学法对气体进行准确定性定量分析的重要前提,现有研究常选用190-230nm波段作为SO2气体的紫外检测波段,对于SF6气体绝缘设备,其多种分解组分在此波段均存在特征吸收.因此。有必要探求新的检测波段。以实现SO2的精确测量。为此。文中搭建了SO2紫外吸收光谱检测平台,反复测量了气体在190-400nm波段的吸收光谱。并结合MPI紫外-可见光谱数据库给出的参考吸收谱图,对290-310nm波段的吸收特性展开了分析,结果表明:SO2的在290-310nm波段具有良好的浓度反演特性。其线性拟合优度高达0.996。同样适于SF6绝缘电气设备中痕量SO2的在线检测。 Choosing the appropriate wavelength range is important for accurate qualitative and quantitative gasanalysis by optical method. The 190-230 nm band is often used in the research of the SO2 ultraviolet detection, for the SF6 gas insulation equipment, the multiple decomposition components have the characteristic absorption in thiswave band, hence, it is necessary to explore a new detection band to detect SO2 accurately. In this paper, an ultraviolet detection platform of SO2 is set up. The tion spectra of the gas in the band of 190-4 00 nm are measured repeatedly. The absorption spectra of the bands at 290-310 nm are analyzed by MPI UV-V is spectra database. The results show that SO2 has a good concentration inversion performance in the range of 290-310 nm, and its linear fitting goodness is 0.996. It is also suitable for on-line detection of trace SO2 in SF6 insulated electrical equipment.
