紫花苜蓿鲜草对公猪精液品质的影响

Effect of Fresh Alfalfa on Semen Quality of Boars

为研究紫花苜蓿对公猪精液品质的影响,试验以28头采精公猪为研究对象,采用完全随机设计,分为4个处理,每个处理7头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个处理组分别在基础饲粮中添加25%、40%和50%紫花苜蓿鲜草。结果表明:1)在种公猪饲粮中添加25%、40%、50%紫花苜蓿鲜草,采精量、精子密度略有降低,精子活力略有增加,但均未达到显著水平(P>0.05);2)同一处理不同品种公猪采精量、精子活力差异不显著(P>0.05),对照组与25%紫花苜蓿鲜草组长白公猪精子密度显著或极显著大于杜洛克公猪,但随着紫花苜蓿鲜草添加量增加到40%、50%,品种间精子密度差异不显著(P>0.05);3)不同处理同一品种公猪的采精量、精子密度、精子活力差异不显著(P>0.05);4)各处理组间干物质、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、粗脂肪消化率及公猪体重差异不显著。结果显示,饲粮中添加不同比例紫花苜蓿鲜草可一定程度提高精子活力,节本增效显著。

The aim of the study was investigated the semen quality of boars supplemented with alfalfa（Medicago sativa L.）. In this study, 28 boars were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 7 swine in each group. The control group was fed with the basic ration, while the others were provided a diet containing 25%, 40%, 50% of fresh alfalfa meal, respectively. The result showed that： 1）The basic ration adding 25%, 40% or 50% of fresh alfalfa reduced semen volume and density slightly（P 〉0.05）, and increased semen motility slightly（P 〉0.05）. 2）Semen quality, volume and motility had no significant difference between different species of boars in the same treatment group. In the control group and the group treated by 25% of fresh alfalfa showed that the semen density of Landrace boar were extreme markedly and markedly more than Duroc boar（P 〉0.01 and P 〉0.05respectively）. But as the percentage of fresh alfalfa adding rising to 40% and 50%, the volume, density and motility of semen had no significant difference between various breeds（P 〉0.05）. 3）The volume, density and motility of semen of the same breed had no markedly difference between different treatment groups（P〉0.05）.4）No significant difference was noticed in the digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat and body weight of boar in the total experiment. In a conclusion, adding various percentages of fresh alfalfa meal into boar diet, to some extent, can increase the semen motility to save the cost and improve economic efficiency observably.
