补饲饲粮添加叶酸对放牧断奶藏猪仔猪生长性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究补饲饲粮中适宜的叶酸添加水平对放牧断奶藏猪仔猪生产性能的影响,选择体重(6.07±0.09)kg、健康无病的2月龄放牧断奶藏猪仔猪150头,随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组补饲饲粮中不添加叶酸,5个试验组补饲饲粮中分别添加叶酸1 mg/kg、3 mg/kg、5 mg/kg、7 mg/kg和9 mg/kg。试验猪按照农牧民放牧习惯每天白天自由放牧,晚上收牧后自由采食精料颗粒料。试验期35 d。试验当日为第0天。试验猪于试验第7天、第14天、第28天和第35天9:00—9:30进行称重,并记录试验期猪的腹泻和死亡情况。结果表明,1 mg/kg叶酸组、3 mg/kg叶酸组、5 mg/kg叶酸组,同一阶段随着添加量的增加,放牧断奶藏猪仔猪增重效果明显;但是,随着添加量进一步的增加(7 mg/kg叶酸组、9 mg/kg叶酸组),放牧断奶藏猪仔猪增重效果变差。5 mg/kg添加组腹泻率最低且无仔猪死亡。综合考虑,放牧断奶藏猪仔猪补饲饲粮中适宜的叶酸添加量为5 mg/kg。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of add folic acid in supplemental feed on production performance in grazed weaned piglets of Tibetan boar. Body appearance is close, healthy without disease150 grazed weaned piglets of Tibetan Boar aged 2 months and weighing(6.07±0.09) kg were selected. They were divided into 6 groups randomly, each replicate with 5, 5 pigs in one replicate. Without adding folic acid in the control group, added folic acid levels are differen(0 mg/kg, 1 mg/kg, 3 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg, 7 mg/kg and 9 mg/kg) in experimental treatment group. According to farmers and herdsmen grazing habits during the day free grazing to the test groups, grazing after the evening to give a certain supplement feeding, feeding of fine feed for the free feed, the test period of 35 d. Test day for 0th days, in the morning 9:00—9:30, each test group of grazing weaning pigs were weighed, in 7th, 14 th, 28 th and 35 th days. The diarrhea and death are recorded during the whole experiment. The experimental result indicated that, supplement diets with folic acid to increase the weight gain of 5 mg/kg group for grazed weaned piglets of Tibetan Boar, 1 mg/kg, 3 mg/kg, 5mg/kg adding group, with the increase of the amount of the increase, the effect of increasing the weight of the grazing weaning pig is more and more obvious. But With the addition of a further increase(7 mg/kg, 9mg/kg groups)increasing effect of weight gain for grazed weaned piglets of Tibetan Boar. There was no death of piglets and had the lowest diarrhea rate in5 mg/kg group. The conclusion is add folic acid in supplemental feed on production performance in grazed weaned piglets of Tibetan boar is 5 mg/kg.
