摘要
试验研究了偏析法提纯铝过程中不同杂质元素的偏析行为,并分析了产生不同偏析行为的原因及理论依据,在此基础上结合试验结果得出结论:要获得各杂质元素都得到提纯的高纯铝锭只能是在整个提纯结晶锭的中间某一区段;使用电解铝做原料进行提纯的过程中,K_(有效值)与K_0值还有较大差距,提纯效果还有较大的上升空间;要得到纯度较高的铝产品需合理设定工艺条件和工艺参数,并进行多次提纯作业。
Segregation behaviorof impurity elements was investigated in the segregation ex- periment for aluminum purification. The causes and the theory basis for behavior differences were also analyzed. The experiment and analysis results show that high-purity aluminum in- gots,where each impurity element have been purified, ban only be obtained in a certain sec- tion of the middle of the purified crystal ingot. As the aluminum is purified with electrolytic aluminum as raw material, a large gap exists between geffeetive and K0 values, which means the purification effect has a large room to improve. To obtain aluminum products with higher purity, we need to provide reasonable process conditions, set appropriate parameters, and carry out purification for many times.
