摘要 借助FTIR技术分析了瑞轻FS系列合成基础油的分子结构,采用气相色谱法讨论了其成分,采用热重分析法测定了其热稳定性,结合X射线荧光光谱分析法了解了其元素组成,系统分析了该系列基础油的主要理化指标。结果表明,新型铝轧制基础油的组分构成、碳链分布、热稳定性、元素含量以及理化指标均优于传统原油提炼的矿物型产品的,部分指标甚至优于国际高品质基础油的指标,产品完全满足生产需求。 For FS synthetic base oil, FT-IR technology was applied to analyze its molecular structure, Gas Chromatographic method was used to study its composition, and Thermogravim- etry was applied to measure its thermo-stability, and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis was combined to test the content of its elements. In addition, the main physical and chemical indicators have also been investigated. The oil refined products and some international results show that compared with traditional crude high-quality base oil, our new base oil has better quality, such as composition, carbon chain distribution, thermal stability, element content and physical and chemical indicators ,which could fully meet the production requirements.
