摘要
采用复特征值分析方法对某车盘式制动器多自由度非线性模型制动噪声进行复模态分析和试验验证。应用振型、频率等指标分析不同摩擦因数(0.20—0.65)的制动噪声。采取制动块背板铆接消音片和沿其半径倒角RJ10的改进措施,并进行改进前、后的对比研究。结果表明,摩擦因数对系统固有频率影响不大;摩擦因数减小,制动器不稳定模态数量减少,不稳定系数下降。改进后的制动器不稳定模态数量减少,不稳定模态实部显著减小,模态稳定性提高,制动噪声产生度降低,NVH性能得到改善。
Complex eigenvalue analysis method &experiment validation are used to the multiple degrees of freedom disc brake nonlinear model. Analyze the brake noise in different friction coefficient (0.2 - 0.65 ). Improvement measures of riveting the silencing slice on the brake block back and chamfering R J10 along the radius of the brake block are used and compared with the original model, the results show that the friction coefficient has little influence on the system' S inherent frequency;The unstable mode number of the brake is decreased and unstable coefficient are smaller with reducing the friction coefficient. The unstable modes number of the improved brake is decreased and the eigenvalue real part of unstable modal are significantly decreased. Show that the modal stability enhancement,occurrence of noises reducing and NVH performance is improved.
