摘要
建立恰当的可靠性模型是定量泵可靠性分析的基础。三参数威布尔分布具有很多优点,能充分地描述失效机理,非常适合作为定量泵可靠性数据分析模型。基于完全试验数据,首先提出了采用以最小二乘法和相关系数法相结合的方法来估计三参数威布尔分布的参数,在此基础上,提出了基于三参数威布尔分布的定量泵可靠性数据分析的方法,最后进行了仿真试验研究。仿真试验结果表明,定量泵的三参数威布尔分布模型比二参数威布尔分布模型更为精确。研究成果为航空产品提供了一种更为精确的可靠性分析方法。
The appropriate reliability model is the base of the reliability analysis for constant displacement pump. Three parameter Weibull distribution has many virtues and can describe the failure mechanism adequately. Therefore it can be used to the reliability analysis model for constant displacement pump. Based on the complete test data, the analysis method of correlation coefficient method and least square method is presented to estimate the parameter of three parameter WeibuU distribution. Then the reliability analysis method of constant displacement pump is presented. The simulation test is carried out finally. The simulation test results show that the three parameter Weibull distribution model of constant displacement pump is more accurate than the two parameter Weibull distribution. The research work can provide a more accurate method of reliability analysis for aviation product.
