摘要
针对现有轴承翻边工具对小直径开缝衬套翻边容易损坏的问题,设计了新的翻边工具,以提高翻边的质量和效率。并基于ADAMS软件对新翻边工具进行翻边过程动力学仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析,验证了新翻边工具翻边的可行性与过程的稳定性。
The existing bearing flanging tools were easily damaged when working for minor-diameter split sleeve, therefore a new flanging tool was designed to solve these problems and improve the quality and efficiency. With the dynamics analysis software ADAMS, the simulation model on flanging process for the new flanging tool was built to research the flanging process. Through the analysis of simulation results, the feasibility and stablity of flanging process for new flanging tools were finally verified.
