通脉大生片对肾虚排卵障碍不孕大鼠子宫组织形态学的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Tongmaidasheng Tablet on uterine tissue morphology in rat with ovulation obstacle sterility caused by kidney Deficiency

摘要 目的观察以"通补法"立法的通脉大生片对肾虚排卵障碍不孕大鼠子宫组织形态学的变化,探讨通补法治疗肾虚排卵障碍不孕的机制。方法建立肾虚排卵障碍不孕大鼠模型,根据大鼠阴道涂片的结果,筛选造模成功大鼠,随机分为6组,分别为模型组,通脉大生片高剂量组(简称通高组),通脉大生片中剂量组(简称通中组),通脉大生片低剂量组(简称通低组),右归丸组,来曲唑组,另设正常组,于大鼠第80日龄,对各组大鼠分别进行相应药物干预,灌胃5周后处死动物,取子宫组织制成病理切片,在光镜和电镜下观察。结果光镜和电镜下,通脉大生片各组大鼠与模型组大鼠比较,子宫有不同程度的恢复(P<0.05),通高组效果最好,与正常组比较,结果无差异(P>0.05)。结论通脉大生片对促进肾虚排卵障碍不孕大鼠子宫的发育作用是肯定的,其组织形态学变化为通脉大生片治疗肾虚排卵障碍不孕症提供了客观基础和理论支持。 Objective To observetongmaidasheng tablets legislation in of "Tongbu - treatment" in kidney ovulation obstacle infertility in rat of uterine tissue morphological changes. Discuss the mechanism on "Tongbu treatment" for kidney ovulation obstacle infertility. Methods Establish kidney ovulation obstacle infertility in rats (ARS)model. According to the vaginal smear screening, building successful rats, they were randomly devided into six groups:model group, Tongmaidasheng tablet high -dose group , Tongmaidasheng tablet medium- dose group ,Tongmaidasheng tablet low- dose group, yougui pill group and letrozole group. On 80th day of age to rats, interfere in with drugs five weeks successively, then put to death in the rats. Removing the uterine tissue to make pathological sections, they were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Results Under the light microscope and electron microscopy ,Tongmaidasheng Tablet groups rats compared with model group rats, the uterus have different degree of recovery, close to normal group set of results. Best treatment effect in Tongmaidasheng Tablet is high dose group. Conclu- sion Tongmaidasheng Tablet to promote growth of uterine in kidney ovulation obstacle infertility rat is certain. The histomorphology changes of the uterine in rats provide the objective basis and theoretical support for Tongmaidasheng Tablet treatment of kidney ovulation obstacle infertility.
