基于樟帮特色炮制品-附子临江片补阳药效研究

The warming kidney- yang pharmacodynamic Study on Linjiang Slices of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with Characteristics of Zhang- band Herbs Processing

目的比较临江片与淡附片、盐附片的疗效差异,为江西"樟帮"特色炮制饮片在中医临床用药提供科学依据。方法通过对小白鼠进行抗寒、耐缺氧、镇痛、毒性实验,和对肾阳虚模型大鼠垂体-性腺轴功能影响实验,观察临江片与淡附片、盐附片的疗效差异。结果与淡附片、盐附片相比,临江片明显提高小白鼠的抗寒冷能力(P<0.05)和耐缺氧能力(P<0.05);与盐附片相比,临江片中剂量组能显著提高肾阳虚模型大鼠体内睾酮含量(P<0.01)。结论经特殊炮制的附子临江片,在毒性、抗寒、耐缺氧、提高大鼠体内睾酮水平等方面均具有一定优势。

Objective Comparing the curative differences between the Yanfn, Danfu and Linjiang slices of Radix Aconiti Latera- lis Preparata to provide a scientific basis for herbs processing technology with characteristic of Jiangxi ＂zhang - band＂. Methods To compare curative differences between Yanfu, Danfn and Linjiang slices, by the experiment of cold resistance, anti - anoxia, abirritation, toxicity and the warming kidney - yang effect on pituitary gonad axis of kidney Yang deficiency model rat. Resuits Compared with Danfu slices, Yanfu slices, the Linjiang slices can significantly improve the cold resistance and anti - anoxia ability of mice （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with Yanfu slices, the medium dosage Linjiang slices can significantly improve the testosterone level on kidney Yang deficiency model rat（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compared with Danfu slices, Yanfu slices, the Linjiang slices of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata has a better anti -anoxia, cold resistance effect with lower toxicity; Compared with Yanfu slices, the Linjiang slices of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata has a better warming kidney - Yang effect.
