从治未病思想探析卵巢功能不全性不孕症的防治

Discussion on the Prevention and Treatment of the Infertility due to Ovarian Insufficiency in the "Treating Disease before its Onset"

Premature ovarian insufficiency is one of the most important reason of infertility. From Professor Tan＇s aspect, the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility focus on deficiency of spleen and kidney in the early stage, while on the deficiency of liver and kidney in later stage, she also pays attention to the imbalance of Yin and Yang of kidney. As for treatment , Professor Tan bases on sequential therapy of nourishing Yin and supplementing Yang of traditional Chinese medicine intervention, applies Cream and emphasizes on preventing pre disease, preventing exacerbating. In this way, it can effectively improve the ovarian function and provide new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
