摘要
目的探讨不同贮藏温度和包装材料对附子种根含水率及发芽率的影响,筛选出适宜附子种根贮藏的温度及包装材料,为附子种根的安全贮藏提供参考。方法采用不同的贮藏温度和包装材料贮藏附子种根,贮藏不同时间后测定种根的含水率及发芽率,并动态监测种根的发芽情况。结果 4℃冰箱贮藏较10℃恒温贮藏的附子种根含水率、发芽率高,编织袋包装较网袋包装的附子种根含水率、发芽率较高,发芽速度快。结论在4℃冰箱储藏的条件下,使用编织袋储藏作为附子种根的包装材料,种根的贮藏效果最佳。
Objective In order to find a simple and effective method by which the storage of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. rhizome could be prolonged. Methods Rhizome was reposited with different temperatures and film packaging, and then measured the moisture content and germination rate after storage of different times. Results The resuhs showed that the optimal treatments was at the 4℃ temperature packaging with woven bag. The method could efficiently lead to the increase of moisture content , the enhanced of germination rate,the acceleration of germination speed. Conclusion Packaged by woven bag and storage at 4℃ was best way for the preservation of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. rhizome.
