艾灸与针刺调节功能性消化不良大鼠胃肠动力障碍的对比研究

Comparison of Therapeutic Effect of Moxibustion and Acupuncture on Gastrointestinal Motility Disorder in FD rats

目的比较艾灸与针刺对FD大鼠胃肠动力障碍的调节作用。方法将48只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、艾灸足三里组和电针足三里组,除正常组外,其余三组大鼠采用夹尾刺激法造成FD大鼠模型,然后分别给予艾灸足三里组和电针足三里组大鼠相应的艾灸和电针干预,对比观察各组大鼠一般情况、食量、体重、胃内残留率及小肠推进率的变化。结果造模结束后,模型组大鼠精神萎靡,少动,皮毛色泽黯淡、枯燥,粪便稀溏或时干时稀,食量、体重与正常组大鼠相比均明显偏低(P<0.01),胃内残留率升高(P<0.01),小肠推进率延缓(P<0.01)。艾灸足三里组和电针足三里组大鼠食量、体重与模型组大鼠相比均明显较高(P<0.05或P<0.01),胃内残留率及小肠推进率趋于正常水平。结论艾灸与针刺足三里对FD大鼠胃肠动力障碍均具有调节作用,但两者的作用效果并未见显著性差异。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of moxibustion and acupuncture on gastrointestinal motility disorder in FD rats. Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： blank group, model group, moxibustion, and acupuncture group. The model of functional dyspepsia rats was established by moderately stimulating the tails of rats. Then, treatment of moxibustion and acupuncture was given to the rats of moxibustion group and acupuncture group respectively. The therapeutic effect was assessed according to the related standards. Results The model rats＂ spirits were drooping, sedentary, color of the fur was dim, baldness, faeces was watery, appetite and weight were lower than the normal group rats （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the gastric emptying rate and the small intestine advance rate was slower compared with that of the rats in normal group. The appetite and weight of the rats in acupuncture group and moxibustion group were higher than that of the rats in the model group（ P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, the gastric emptying rate and small intestine advance rate of the rats in acupuncture group and moxibustion group recover to normal level. Conclusion Both acupuncture and moxibustion had the therapeutic effect on gastrointestinal motility disorder in FD rats. There was not different therapeutic effect between acupuncture and moxibustiou on gastrointestinal motility disorder in FD rats.
