城市污水处理厂甲烷排放量估算及控制对策研究

Study on Estimation of Methane Emissionand Ontrol Measures from Municipalwastewater Treatment Plant

城市污水处理厂甲烷的排放量的估算,对于总的城市温室气体排放量估算以及全球气候变化的研究具有重要的意义。运用IPCC估算模式,分别采用《IPCC国家温室气体清单指南》推荐值和实测值作为排放因子估算了2011-2014年杭州市污水处理厂甲烷排放量状况及变化趋势,分析了城市污水处理厂甲烷排放控制存在问题,提出了有效的对策建议,同时为杭州市污水处理厂温室气体控制和减排工作提供参考意见。

Based on the IPCC estimation model, this paper used the recommended values and measured values to estimate the amount and trend of methane emission from wastewater treatment of Hangzhoumunicipal sewage treatment plant in 2011 -2014, analyzed the problem of methane emission control, put forward the corresponding suggestions, and provided a reference for controlling and reduction of GHG emission in Hangzhou.
