摘要
针对分散式生活污水进水分散、冲击负荷较大等特点,设计了1种主要用于处理分散式生活污水的新型一体化生物反应器,并研究了该一体化反应器的处理效能,探讨了污染物去除机理。结果表明,系统对COD、TN、TP的去除率分别为83%、74%、76%,处理效率较传统的OCO工艺均有所提高。经过分析认为,一体化反应器构型结构紧凑、占地省、沉淀池入口处可调挡板可调节系统内部运行参数之间的相对平衡,混合区内部循环流态存在较少的局部积泥区。同时该工艺中的污泥性能良好,具有良好的抗冲击负荷能力,活性污泥中微生物种群丰富且具有较好的稳定性。
A novel integrated bioreactor was designed to treat with decentralized domestic sewage which is decentralized collected with heavy shock load. The treatment efficiency of it and the pollutant removal mechanism were studied. The stable operation results indicate that the removal efficiencies of COD, TN and TP in the process is 83%, 74% and 76% respectively, which is higher than the traditional OCO process. Through analysis, the integrated bioreactor has compact configuration and save floor area, the adjustable baffle at the entrance of the settling zone can adjust the relative balance among the internal operating parameters in the system. There is small amount of sludge accumulation in the mixed zone. Meanwhile, the process has strong anti- shock loading capability and high operational stability with the favorable capability of sludge, in which microorganism population can be formed abundant and stably.
