摘要
针对浙江某资源利用公司在生产过程中产生大量高含量重金属废水问题,采用Fenton法融合多级强化沉淀法及重金属离子捕捉法,对进水COD为4.5-5.0g/L,SS、Cu、Zn、Pb、As的质量浓度分别为3000-4000、70-90、400-600、300-400、400-600mg/L等重金属进行处理。通过工程测试和运行后,出水COD和SS、Cu-Zn、Pb、As、Sn的去除率分别为91.5%、91.5%、98.7%、99.4%、99.7%、99.9%,废水水质稳定且各重金属离子指标均满足于CJ343-2010的要求。可为同类工业废水处理工程提供参考价值。
For a large number of high concentration of heavy metal waste water being produced about a resource utilization company in Zhejiang Province during the production process, the proposed treatment method combines the Fenton method with the multistage strengthening precipitation and the capture of heavy metal ions. The practice shows that the removal efficiencies of COD and SS, Cu, Zn, Pb, As, Sn can reach 91.5% and 91.5%, 98.7%, 99.4%, 99.7%, 99.9% respectively under conditions: COD 4.5-5.0 mg/L, mass concentration of SS 3 000-4 000 mg/L, Cu 70-90 mg/L, Zn 400-600 rag/L, Pb 300-400 mg/L, As 400-600 mg/L. The results can satisfy the requirements of the CJ 343-2010. So it can provide a technical basis for the treatment of industrial waste-water in China.
