老年性上睑皮肤松弛矫正术的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of blepharoplasty for treatment of senil upper eyelid blepharochalasis

目的：观察上睑成形术对老年性上睑皮肤松弛症的疗效。方法对2010年1月至2013年12月在我院行上睑成形术治疗老年性上睑皮肤松弛症137例（274眼）进行回顾性分析，观察术后症状改善情况及并发症的发生。结果所有患者术后上睑皮肤松弛下垂明显改善，术前上睑颞半侧松弛皮肤遮挡视线的症状消失，上睑皱襞弧度自然、美观，上下睑闭合如常，随访3个月-2年治疗效果满意。结论上睑成形术是治疗老年人上睑皮肤松弛症一种简单、有效的方法。

Objective To observe the efficacy of blepharoplasty for the treatment of senile upper eyelid blepharochalasis. Methods From January 2010 to December 2013, 274 eyes of 137 cases of senil upper eyelid blepharochalasis were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital. The improvement of symptoms and the occurrence of complications after operation were observed. Results All patients the upper eyelid ptosis and skin slack was improved obviously, the covered visual field recovered. The curvature of upper eyelid folds was natural, and functioning well. The patients were satisfied with the therapeutic effect during follow-up of 3 months to 2 years. Conclusion This blepharoplasty for the treatment of senil upper eyelid blepharochalasis is a simple and effective method. Blepharoplasty treatment not only deals with the pseudo-blepharoptosis, but also the visual field defect,which is especially good for elderly people.
