雷公藤内生真菌Pestalotiopsis disseminata次级代谢产物研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及PHPLC等手段对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)内生真菌广布拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis disseminata)的发酵次级代谢产物进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及波谱学数据分析对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果表明,从内生真菌Pestalotiopsis disseminata的次级代谢产物中共分离并鉴定了7个单体化合物,分别为7-羟基-5-甲氧基-4,6-二甲基苯酞(Ⅰ)、腺苷(Ⅱ)、尿苷(Ⅲ)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(Ⅳ)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅴ)、1,1′-二(1,1′-羧基乙基)醚(Ⅵ)、赤藓醇(Ⅶ),其中化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该属真菌中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅴ为首次从该种真菌中分离得到。 The secondary metabolites of Pestalotiopsis disseminata, a endophytic fungus isolated from Tripterygiurn wilfordii Hook. f. ,were isolated and purified through silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography as well as PHPLC method,and the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physi- cochemical properties and spectral data. Results showed that, seven compounds which isolated from the seconda- ry metabolites of Pestalotiopsis disseminata were identified as 7-hydroxy-5-methoxy-4,6-dimethylphthalide ( Ⅰ ) ,adenosine( Ⅱ ), uridine( Ⅲ ), dibutyl phthalate( Ⅳ ), diisobutyl phthalate(Ⅴ ), 1,1Cbis(1, l'-carboxyethyl) ether(gl), erthyritol( VH ), respectively. Compounds Ⅱ ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were firstly obtained from Pestalotiopsis genus,and compounds Ⅰ and Ⅴ were firstly found from fungus Pestalotiopsis disserninata.
