摘要
[目的 /意义]开展用户满意度分析,有利于正确认识当前社交阅读存在的问题与缺陷,为高效开展社交阅读推广服务提供合理的路径参考。[方法 /过程]对参与社交阅读的用户开展满意度与需求调查,测量用户阅读满意度状态,通过对比用户期望与满意度的差距大小,明确社交阅读中亟需改善的因素及推广服务应着力解决的目标。[结果 /结论]注重阅读推广知识的切合性、层次性、建构性,建立全方位、系统性的阅读服务支撑环境,是提升社交阅读用户满意度的有效方式,也是社交阅读推广过程中必须积极实施的重要决策。
[ Purpose/significance ] Carrying out the analysis of user satisfaction will be beneficial to recognize the problems and defects which exist in the current social reading. Meanwhile, it will provide a reasonable path to improve services in social reading promotion. [ Method/process] The need to improve the reading problem was clarified by sur- veying user satisfaction and demands, measuring the user satisfaction state, and comparing the user expectations and satis- faction. [ Result/conclusion] We should pay attention to the spread of knowledge, especially the reading level and the construction by establishing a comprehensive and systematic supportive environment for reading services. This is not only the effective way to promote the social reading user satisfaction, but also an important decision which should be actively implemented during the social reading promotion process.
