摘要
华北临时人民代表大会于1948年8月7日至19日在河北省石家庄市召开。关于这次会议,《共和国雏形——华北人民政府》《薄一波书信集》等陆续公布过一些材料。其中,《晋冀鲁豫边区政府、晋察冀边区行政委员会关于召开华北临时人民代表大会暨代表选举办法的决定》所标注的时间似有误,1948年8月17日、20日薄一波给中共中央的两份报告中个别文字存在错讹之处。结合其他文献,对这些疑问或错误进行辨析并订正,以免其他学者误用,应是有所裨益的。
From August 7th to 19th, 1948, the Huabei Interim People＇s Congress was convened in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Provence. Some books, such as the Early Form of the PRC： the People＇s Government of Huabei and Collection of Bo Yibo＇s Letters delivered some materials about the Congress. Among those materials, the time marked in the Decision of the Jin-Ji-Lu-Yu Government and Jin-Ca-Ji Administrative Committee on Convening the Interim People＇s Congress does not looks like correct, and there are some wrong characters used in two reports submitted by Bo Yibo to the Central Committee on Aug. 17th and 20th of 1948 respectively. In combination with other materials, rectification and amendment have been made to these errors to help other scholars mislead by these errors.
