摘要
本研究以20位大学毕业生为访谈对象,收集他们大学就业相关行为,以扎根理论研究方法对访谈资料进行分析,得到偶然事件发生和发挥作用的理论模型。研究结果发现,偶然事件的发生并不单单是运气使然,某些个体相关的因素也会引发偶然事件。这些偶然事件的作用有两个层面:对就业的影响和对当事人观念的影响。同时本研究发现偶然事件的作用不仅仅取决于事件本身,个体的某些特点也会影响偶然事件的作用,比如个体的敏感性、冒险性、控制点、职业规划。
The study interviewed 20 university graduates to collect their behavior in employment process. Use grounded theory research methods get the theoretical models of occurrence and role of serendipity. The results showed that inside and outside resources of respondents will lead to serendipity. The study concluded 11 kinds of serendipity from internal and external of individuals. Some inherent characteristics of individuals will affect the effect of serendipity. The effects of serendipity have two areas: employment and inside. The study also found that the effects of serendipity depends not only on the event itself, certain characteristics will affect the role of the it, such as the sensitivity of the individual, adventurous, control points and career planning.
